Position Overview Mysa Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home infusion and injection services as independent contractors. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and patient caseload while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of specialty therapies. Key Responsibilies Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and injections in home and community settings Perform patient assessments before, during, and after therapy Monitor for adverse reactions Educate patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effect management Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Coordinate with pharmacies and healthcare providers as required Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Ensure proper handling and disposal of medications and supplies, including controlled substances where applicable Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience Experience with IV infusion therapy preferred Strong venous access skills Current BLS certification (ACLS an asset, where applicable) Experience in home health, infusion therapy, or specialty pharmacy settings is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Skills and Competencies Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Clear and professional communication High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Commitment to patient safety and quality care Work Structure Independent contractor position Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and patient needs Opportunities for ongoing or one-time patient visits Variety of therapeutic areas and patient populations Why Join Mysa Health Flexible work model with control over your schedule and caseload Opportunities to work across a broad range of specialty therapies Supportive coordination team and streamlined processes Ability to provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care in home and community settings
