As a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting production and process enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

livehire.com/job/abbott/FRTX3 What's the Job? Maintain a strong daily presence on the production floor, acting as the first-line engineering resource for operators and supervisors. Build deep process knowledge across all stations and understand how work content, takt time, and staffing impact throughput. Support operators in issue resolution, performance visibility, and process adherence. Learn and interpret the line balance to understand expected performance at each station and for the entire line. Measure true line performance, identify over-performing stations, and escalate issues at underperforming stations. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, such as Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or continuous improvement preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with front-line teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving production environment and be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. What's in it for me?
