Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Home Infusion Nurse (RN) Our client is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy for patients across a regional service area. Nurses deliver IV medications and related treatments directly in patients' homes while ensuring safe, high-quality care in coordination with healthcare providers and pharmacy partners. This is a field-based nursing role focused on direct patient care, IV therapy administration, monitoring during treatment, and patient education in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV infusion therapies in patient homes Monitor patients during treatment for safety and response Start and manage IV access (PIV/ports as needed) Provide patient and caregiver education related to treatment Document vitals, medications, and treatment outcomes accurately Communicate with care teams, providers, and pharmacy partners as needed

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Clinical nursing experience required IV experience preferred Ability to work independently in a field-based role Reliable transportation for local travel
