Job description We are looking for a dependable, motivated Home Remodeling Assistant to support our lead carpenter with a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to grow their skills in residential construction. There is opportunity for pay increases based on experience and quality of work. Responsibilities Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work Safely use hand and power tools Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Keep job sites clean and organized Follow instructions and work efficiently alongside project lead Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew and clients Adhere to all safety procedures and job site guidelines Qualifications Previous construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments Familiarity with basic tools and materials used in residential construction Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Punctual, hard-working, and willing to learn Why Join Us?
