Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to project timelines. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful and functional environments for our clients. Responsibilities Perform fixture installation, including sinks, faucets, and cabinetry. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during remodeling tasks. Carry out carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and door hanging. Lay tiles and install various types of flooring with precision. Form concrete for sidewalks, patios, or other structures as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the remodeling process. Qualifications Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is preferred. Proficiency in fixture installation, carpentry, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, concrete forming, and door hanging. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials as needed. Valid driver's license may be required based on job location.
