This dual-role position requires a passion for animal welfare, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Animal Care:

Provide attentive care for our furry guests, including feeding, monitoring, and maintaining clean and safe kennel environments.

Reception Duties:

Manage front desk operations, including taking reservations, answering phones, replying to emails, and assisting pet owners with check-ins/check-outs.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the facility remains clean and organized, including general cleaning duties.

Requirements:

A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency (we will train you on our specific systems). Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays.
