About the Role As a Full-Time W2 Home Repair Technician , you'll tackle a wide range of projects that keep homes safe, functional, and looking great. No two days are the same —and that's exactly how we like it. On any given day, you might be: Completing punch list repairs for homeowners Coordinating/completing rental turnovers Handling move-in/move-out inspections Supervising laborers Patching drywall and plaster Fixing appliances Changing locks Landscaping Repairing decks and fences Maintaining vacant properties Performing cleanouts/haul-outs Basically if someone can break it, We Go Fix It If you're a skilled or semi-skilled tradesperson with a great attitude and a strong skillset we want to talk to you today! Experience A great work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude will take you farther than specialized experience.
