- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for hard to fill, niche positions, including sourcing, screening, candidate identification, selection, negotiating, hiring, and onboarding for current and future talent, which generally includes roles such as engineer, project manager, estimator, business development, administrative, and corporate.
- Develop recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and position requirements
- Continue developing knowledge of the business, industry, and competitive talent market to improve recruiting effectiveness
- Assist with the development and refinement of job descriptions and recruiting materials
- Support the organization's online recruiting presence and social media efforts related to talent acquisition
- Build relationships with universities, attend career fairs and networking events, and coordinate internship and early career recruiting efforts
- Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Help create a professional and positive recruiting process for candidates and hiring managers
- Develop tools, resources, and guidance for hiring managers to support effective interviewing and hiring practices
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Prior recruiting experience supporting industrial construction, engineering, manufacturing, energy, EPC, specialty contracting, or related industries preferred
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Experience developing or supporting internship, university recruiting, or early career talent programs preferred
- Strong judgement and ability to assess candidates beyond technical qualifications and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices, including EEO and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive recruiting efforts forward
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion PERKS
