What You'll Do:

Coach and assist technicians in real time from the office (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical) Jump into live customer calls to help guide conversations and close deals Make sure every call gets a thorough, consistent evaluation Help techs present Good / Better / Best options with confidence Run virtual walkthroughs for bigger ticket opportunities Partner with techs to qualify leads and close deals Do occasional ride-alongs for hands-on coaching Track performance and keep the team sharp using our tools Requirements 2+ years in a high-performing sales role Experience in residential services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction) = huge plus Strong sales instincts + ability to build trust fast You move with urgency and don't get rattled by chaos Process-driven and detail-oriented Comfortable giving direct, honest feedback Solid communication skills (verbal + written) You roll with change instead of fighting it You make people around you, better Benefits
