Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers Pediatrics experience preferred

Qualifications:

Active NJ Physical Therapist or PTA License (Required)

Preferred:

1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
