Responsibilities Prepare and serve hookah pipes with precision, ensuring proper setup and presentation for each guest Educate guests on different flavors, smoking techniques, and safety guidelines to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all hookah equipment, workstations, and service areas in accordance with food safety standards Take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions accurately Upsell menu items including beverages, snacks, or specialty hookahs to maximize sales opportunities Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries promptly, managing guest relations, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and upselling techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with serving or host/hostess roles in restaurant or nightlife environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about creating lively social atmospheres while delivering top-tier guest experiences.
