Role:

As a Horticultural Assistant, you'll support the maintenance and upkeep of our award-winning landscape installations. You will assist in various tasks like watering, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and using gardening tools. You will also help with recordkeeping and reporting. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, is eager to learn, and thrives in a natural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
• Maintain garden beds, lawns, and landscaped areas
• Operate basic horticultural tools and equipment
• Help with pest and disease control measures
• Support seasonal tasks (e.g. mulching, leaf clearing, harvesting)
• Maintain accurate schedules and records of the work being performed.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine interest in plants, gardening, or landscaping
• Some horticultural experience or willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Physical fitness and stamina for manual work
• Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7-5
• Saturdays 7-3:30 in Peak Season (March-July & Oct-Dec)
