Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our horticultural crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a horticultural crew
• Perform trimming/pruning
• Have plant knowledge
• Operate truck and trailer safely
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently
• Report any equipment damage, property damage, or employee injuries immediately

Requirements:

• Experience leading a horticultural crew (required)
• Experience operating a truck and trailer (required)
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
• Landscape Design experience a plus!
