Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club (Tobyhanna, PA), is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and knowledgeable Horticulturalist / Gardener / Landscaper to join our team for a full-time seasonal position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and has hands-on experience caring for flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plantings. Responsibilities Plant, maintain, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and landscape beds Perform watering, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and general garden maintenance Monitor plant health and identify potential issues related to growth, pests, or disease Maintain clean, attractive, and healthy landscaped areas Assist with general landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications Applicants should: Understand planting, caring for, maintaining, fertilizing, watering, weeding, and pruning a variety of flowers and shrubs Be knowledgeable in different plant species, varieties, growth habits, and life cycles Be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision while following seasonal maintenance schedules Be capable of lifting and carrying at least 50 pounds Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Be able to frequently work bent over or on their knees for extended periods Position Details Full-time seasonal position Outdoor, physically active work environment Competitive pay based on experienc
