PLANT PERSON

Please read before applying… If you change jobs more often than annual flowers get rotated… this probably isn't your place. We're looking for a REAL plant person — someone who gets excited about healthy landscapes, notices stressed shrubs from a moving truck, and has strong opinions about mulch depth (we respect that). You should genuinely enjoy working outdoors, don't mind honest hard work, and take pride in turning "fine" landscapes into "wow, who does this?" This is a long-term position for someone who wants stability, a solid team, and work they can actually be proud of when they drive by it later.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with beautiful container gardens and ornamental plantings
• Keep properties looking sharp year-round (not just "alive")
• Diagnose plant problems like a detective with dirt on their boots
• Prune correctly — not meatball shrubs or accidental "Crepe Murder" crime scenes
• Work with a crew that actually cares about doing things right

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Must have 3+ years plant / horticulture experience ✔ Clean driving record + valid driver's license ✔ Shows up, follows through, doesn't disappear mid-season ✔ Positive attitude (we don't do plant drama here) ✔ Takes pride in details most people walk right past ✔ Can lift 40+ lbs and handle real outdoor Florida conditions

BONUS POINTS IF

You know Latin plant names and don't hesitate to say them out loud You believe mulch actually has a purpose You've kept annuals alive through a Florida August (we know what that takes) If plants are your thing and you actually enjoy making landscapes look incredible, we'd really like to meet you.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
