Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position:

Full-time Primary Responsibilities:

Provide support services under the supervision of our patient care managers Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities. Meets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.). Assist patients and their families in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patient's care plan. Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Assist with mobility

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to follow instructions and established routines Customer service-oriented attitude 1+ years of hospice or home health experience is preferred. HHA certified (training may be available) CNA certified Current CPR certification preferred. Valid Oklahoma driver's license. Reliable transportation and agency-required auto liability insurance.
