Your primary goal will be to drive patient census growth by increasing awareness, preference, and access to hospice services while serving as a compassionate and knowledgeable representative of the organization. This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who excels in healthcare sales, relationship-building, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners Promote hospice services and educate referral sources on the value of end-of-life care Drive census growth through strategic territory development and account management Build trust-based relationships with new and existing referral sources Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and service excellence Represent the organization in the community through networking, outreach, and professional engagement Maintain strong communication with internal teams and referral partners Support ongoing business development and market growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (additional experience may substitute) Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred Proven success building and maintaining referral relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals Strong understanding of hospice services and healthcare marketing strategies Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Prior clinical experience is a plus Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
