Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison - Philadelphia, PA Philadelphia, PA 19116 Apply Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison - Philadelphia, PA Overview Description Constellation Home Care is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of our sales team as a Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison for Philadelphia, PA . The Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison will be responsible for expanding business opportunities to Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Physician Offices. Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating Medicare referrals for home health by building relationships with social workers, wellness directors, physicians and key decision-makers. Conducting market analyses, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity. A minimum of three years of recent healthcare marketing/sales experience is required, previous home health sales experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Clinical background is a plus. Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community. Computer Skills and basic knowledge of iOS operating system.Similar remote jobs
