(sharing on-calls for holidays 2 per yr) Travel

• Local travel required Qualifications Required Associate degree or higher 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA) Hospice (2+ years) Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
