Salaried Your Impact In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring comfort, managing symptoms, and supporting both individuals and their loved ones. Your presence will bring reassurance, clarity, and stability during critical moments. What You'll Do Build meaningful, supportive relationships with patients, families, and care teams Perform initial nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments as ordered by the physician Educate patients and caregivers with clarity, compassion, and patience Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reports Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of care What You Bring At least 2 years of nursing experience , including hospice care Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills The ability to work independently and problem-solve with confidence A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and education Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Physical ability to assist with patient mobility as needed Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) Active Ohio RN License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you're ready to bring comfort, dignity, and expert care to patients when they need it most, we'd love to have you on our team.
