Kishwaukee Hospital is located in DeKalb, on the Sycamore border, which is just; 30 miles southeast of Rockford, 40 miles west of Naperville, & 65 miles west of Chicago. EPIC EHR

with Dragon. Established referral patterns. Multiple specialty/subspecialty coverage. Strong affiliation with ED group & Hospital Administration/Board. An excellent relationship with the medical staff & Health System Board.

Responsibilities:

Develop personal relationships with patients. Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data. Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time. Schedule and administer follow-up examinations. Make use of patient health data in medical analyses. Offer comprehensive wellness exams. Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.

Candidate Requirements:

Hospitalist (Internal/Family Medicine Physician).

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible:

Internist (ABIM)/Family medicine (ABFM

license.
