Hospital Pharmacist

If you have a working knowledge of USP-797 guidelines for sterile IV compounding. and a Missouri license, this role offers a highly competitive hourly rate and a supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities Inpatient Medication Management:

Accurately verify and dispense medications in a hospital setting.

Sterile IV Compounding:

Oversee the preparation of IV medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and sterility protocols (USP <797>/<800>).

Clinical Collaboration:

Partner with hospital staff to provide drug information, monitor therapy, and ensure patient safety.

Systems Proficiency:

Utilize hospital pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems with precision.

Independent Workflow:

Manage pharmacy operations during your shift with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications Licensure:

Active, clear Missouri Pharmacist License (Required).

Clinical Experience:

1+ years of Pharmacist experience is preferred; Hospital/Inpatient experience is highly desired.

Technical Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in Sterile IV Compounding .

Skills:
