Position Overview:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Nocturnist to join our growing inpatient team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This is a full-time employed position offering a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off schedule within one of the region's leading hospitals. Our hospitalist team is collaborative, well-supported, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth's mission of "Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ."

Practice Highlights:

Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off 12-hour night shifts: 7 PM•7 AM Epic EMR Strong specialist support and collaborative physician culture No procedures required; optional if desired APP support during night coverage Stable, physician-led hospital medicine program Opportunity to practice at a large tertiary-care facility with advanced specialty support

Candidate Qualifications:

MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA license Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
