Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) to join our dynamic rehab team. In this role, you will assist licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists in providing high-quality patient care. You'll help support patient progress, maintain clean and organized therapy areas, and ensure equipment is ready for use.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Of A Rehab Tech:

High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA License. Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Of A Rehab Tech:

Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans under direct supervision. Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment. Escort and assist patients with mobility and positioning as needed. Monitor and report patient responses to therapy. Perform clerical duties including scheduling, documentation support, and inventory tracking. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in therapy areas. Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients during rehabilitation.
