Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment, development, and management of employees Effective labor and training management Maintaining facility, equipment, and cleanliness standards Ordering, inventory control, and food quality management Cash handling, reporting, and compliance

Prerequisites:

Completed training and certification for all positions Completion of Management Training Program Successful completion of Assistant Unit Director workshops Field Exam with a score of 90% or better Serve Safe certification
