Hospitality Operations Manager

A busy Kaua'i-based restaurant is conducting a confidential search for an experienced hospitality operations leader. This position is intended to support current and future operational needs and requires strong leadership, professionalism, accountability, and hands-on management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading teams, supporting service standards, managing schedules, improving systems, and working closely with ownership to ensure consistent execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, support, and hold staff accountable to company standards Manage scheduling, labor needs, and communication across departments Support food, beverage, and service quality Help improve systems, training, and operational consistency Monitor guest experience and resolve issues professionally Work closely with ownership on goals, priorities, and performance expectations Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive workplace culture

Qualifications:

Prior restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with staffing, scheduling, training, and service standards Financial awareness, including labor, cost controls, and sales goals Professional, reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented
