This role is ideal for a passionate coach who enjoys working with players of all ages and skill levels in both group and private settings. You'll be part of a vibrant tennis community with opportunities to grow programming and build strong member relationships.
Compensation:
$45 - $70 per hour for on-court coachingKey Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality private and group lessons for both junior and adult players Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to varying skill levels Foster a positive, energetic, and professional environment on and off the court Assist with tennis programming, events, and clinics Build strong relationships with club members and promote participationSchedule & Expectations:
35-40 hours per week, approximately 5.5 days per week Must be available for weekend mornings and some evenings Flexible start date Option to take July off if desiredQualifications:
Certified Tennis Professional (required) Minimum 5 years of coaching experience Proven ability to coach both juniors and adults in group and private settings Strong playing background and on-court presence Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills:
Racquet stringing experience High-level playing experienceBenefits:
