Opened in 1995, Estancia is nestled on 640 acres of the northern slope of Scottsdale's famed landmark Pinnacle Peak in a private, gated community. The Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole championship golf course is honored internationally and offers 7,314 yards of superb golf, bent grass greens, and breathtaking views. An active caddy program enhances annual rounds. Estancia is a private club owned and operated by its members. Supporting a legacy of ambiance and friendship, various social-based activities present numerous options for Estancia members and their guests. Our clubhouse amenities include dining, a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and a swimming pool. Groups often meet for hiking, book club, and bridge games Experience Required At The Estancia Club we believe in hiring a team-first candidate who has a strong desire to learn. Self-motivated candidates with a passion for the game of golf will be highly-considered. Golf experience, however, is not necessary.

▪ Dedicated to providing both Members and Guests a first-class golfing experience ▪ A team-first player capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment ▪ Self-motivated and passionate about the game of golf ▪ Professional appearance with strong communication and character traits Essential Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ▪ Act as an ambassador to the Club while bringing positivity, energy and enthusiasm daily ▪ Display excellent communication skills to keep Club Staff, Outside Ops and Maintenance Dept. informed about Events, Group Outings, etc. ▪ Providing unmatched service while exceeding all member/guest expectations and all other aspects of the golf operation. ▪ Successfully carry out all aspects of the outside service operation including but not limited to: golf cart fleet management, practice facility maintenance and tournament operations. ▪ Assist with any other work deemed necessary by supervisors Benefits Compensation components include an hourly wage of $21-$22/hr plus club repair commission Additional benefits include the following: Playing & Practicing Privileges Uniform provided by the club Meal(s) on Duty Holiday Bonus
