This is a coaching role for someone who wants to become part of a developing tennis academy rather than simply teach a schedule of lessons. The Assistant Tennis Professional will work on court alongside Dr. Scott Felluss , supporting player development across individual lessons, group training, junior development and competitive preparation.

The central responsibility is simple:

Help create the training environment in which players develop.

THE ROLE

You will work directly with Scott during lessons and training sessions.

Your responsibilities may include:

Rallying with players during lessons Feeding and drilling Demonstrating technical and tactical concepts Supporting movement and coordination development Helping players apply new skills in live play Observing player behavior and providing feedback Supporting group clinics and junior programs Helping create competitive training environments Assisting with player assessment and development tracking Preparing courts and training equipment Supporting Academy events and tournaments Contributing observations and ideas to the Academy's player development system You will learn how the Academy connects assessment, development, training, play and competition .
