Job Description

Job Overview Vail Gymnastics is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated recreational gymnastics director to lead and grow our recreational and team gymnastics program. This leadership position is ideal for someone who loves coaching, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example through positivity, professionalism, and high energy. The director will oversee all aspects of our recreational and team gymnastics programs, including coach development, class quality, customer experience, enrollment growth, and day-to-day operations. They will also be expected to teach classes. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can inspire both athletes and coaches while creating a fun, engaging, safety conscious and organized environment where children love to learn and families love to stay.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports science, gymnastics, and/or related field
Experience:
Six (6) years of experience in gymnastics, recreation, sports and/or related field; with at least four (4) years of those years as a director of gymnastics program
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$84,433.00 - $118,206.00 per year
