Associate Tennis & Pickleball Professional Madison Racquet & Swim Club (MRSC) Madison, Connecticut Madison Racquet & Swim Club is looking for an energetic and motivated Associate Tennis & Pickleball Professional to join our professional staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a competitive player who loves the game, enjoys working with people, and is interested in building a long-term career in the racquet sports and sports club industry . What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Former high school and/or college tennis playing experience Experience playing USTA tournaments and/or competitive league tennis Strong tennis playing and teaching skills Experience playing pickleball with the ability to teach both beginner and intermediate players A genuine ability to work well with children and adults Strong communication and people skills A positive, professional, and dependable attitude A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a professional coaching team Interest in developing a career in tennis, pickleball, racquet sports, and club management Responsibilities The Associate Professional will assist with and eventually take responsibility for: Junior tennis clinics and development programs Adult tennis clinics and instructional programs Private and semi-private tennis lessons Pickleball clinics and private lessons Junior camps and special events USTA team practices and player development Helping create a welcoming and energetic environment for members and guests Supporting other club programs and activities as needed Who Will Succeed at MRSC We're looking for more than someone who can hit a tennis ball well.
