Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Ranger/Player Assistant is a key position for presentation of the course with an emphasis on our welcoming atmosphere and clear communication. Positive attitude and being willing to work with a team is a must. This position will require the Sunday Afternoon shift and the Tuesday AM shift. There will be opportunity to flip shifts with other staff and other shifts available for fill in/cover shifts. Player Assistants are present on the golf course to monitor the experience of our golfers. This is a seasonal position dependent upon weather and course activity.Duties:
- Ensure all rules and policies of the golf course are being followed by those playing
- Provide excellent guest services and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Aid in conflict management and resolution when necessary
- Able to perform duties to assist golfers such as spotting balls and further
- Further related to golf, working with a team, etc.
Skills:
- Strong customer services skills
