Job Description
Overview The West Bay Club is looking for a highly motivated Senior Assistant Professional whose goal is to become a Head Professional within the next six years. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance to Head Professional (under Director of Golf) after their first season. Our team has a track record of moving our Assistants to Head Professional and high profile postions at top clubs. Our team possesses an extensive network and we have job experiences at the following facilities: Oakmont CC, Seminole GC, The Everglades Club, The Country Club of Brookline, Aronimink, Gulph Mills GC, Wannamoisett CC, The Country Club of Florida, Chevy Chase Club, Pittsburgh Field Club, Skokie CC, and Essex County Club (MA). Experience Required Must have a strong work ethic and a drive to get better every day. A Team Player who puts team first and puts their ego aside. Essential Responsibilities Tournament Operation, Teaching, Playing, Starting, Rangering and general face time with our great membership. Benefits 45 hours worked avg. per week. Two days off per week.
