Primary Purpose:
Responsible for assisting the head women's basketball coach in implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division II basketball program at Nova Southeastern University. This includes recruiting quality student-athletes, organizing and planning practices and game strategies, monitoring academics, scouting, coaching, scheduling, and planning team travel in compliance with University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.

Essential Job Functions:
Along with the head coach and assistant coach: 1. Implement a comprehensive recruiting plan for the identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes 2. Schedule games, make transportation and lodging arrangements for team travel 3. Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition
Job Requirements:
1. Oral and written communication skills 2. Detail oriented 3. Able to multi-task 4. Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment 5. Available to work nights and weekends
