Overview The Quarry Golf Course was designed by the world-renowned architectural team of Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry in 2007. Offering an exceptional golf experience with spectacular views, this Par 72 championship course is a true test for golfers of all levels. The Quarry played host to the PGA Champions Tour ACE Group Classic in 2010 and 2011. Golf Hall of Famers Fred Couples and Bernhard Langer captured the Champions Trophy. The Quarry is looking for a determined individual that is looking to join our Professional team. This individual will have the opportunity to learn and grow around the business of golf. This is an hourly paid position. Employment dates are aproximately November/December 2026 through Early April 2027. The Club offers competitive pay in a safe, team-oriented work environment. PGA Apprentice preferred but willing to train Engaging presence with both the Membership and fellow staff Members Professional written and verbal communication skills expected High degree of personal ethics and professional integrity Must have high energy, team player, willingness to learn and grow, be proactive in carrying out tasks and solving problems, and provides exceptional member and guest service Requires people skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Jonas Point of Sale, ForeTees Reservation System, Golf Genius Tournament Software, GHIN Handicap Service is preferred but all can be taught Potential to learn all aspects of the golf operation including merchandising, tournament management and golf instruction Essential Responsibilities Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, works closely with the outside golf operations staff to coordinate all golf activities. Assists with the sales, marketing and Membership relations programs to promote the club's services and facilities to Member prospects and current Members and guests Assist in the supervision of golf personnel, which includes the golf shop, outside operations, starter and ranger positions. Answer telephones, schedules future starting times utilizing ForeTees Reservation System, takes reservations for all golf related activities Accurately operate JONAS point of sale system. Collect green fees and cart fees Ensure the "pace of play" standard is maintained daily Assists Head Golf Professional with instruction, merchandising, on-course, and outside golf operations responsibilities Maintains Golf Shop inventory control system Assists with all aspects of Member and guest golf tournaments Assists Members by providing and interpreting policies, rules and regulations Conducts golf clinics Maintains

handicapping records Maintain Hole in One fund policy and procedures Assists with other operational and administrative duties as determined by the Golf Professional. Answer questions pertaining to Membership and other related areas Operates opening and closing procedures and maintain accurate daily financial management and sales records. Continue to maintain and pursue higher education through the PGA and other sources Provides golf lessons to Members and guests Plays golf with Members of all skill-levels to encourage enthusiasm Participates in outside activities that are judged as appropriate and approved by the General Manager to enhance the prestige of the club by broadening the scope of the operation.
