Overview About Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Located along a pristine stretch of coastline in Northeast Florida, Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is a distinguished private club and resort renowned for its exceptional amenities, gracious service, and commitment to an unparalleled member and guest experience. The Club offers an extraordinary array of leisure and lifestyle experiences, including 36 holes of championship golf generating approximately 70,000 rounds annually, 12 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, eight distinctive dining venues, a state-of-the-art fitness center, four heated swimming pools, and direct beach access through the Surf Club. Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is in the midst of an exciting period of continued investment and enhancement, with significant amenity renovations underway. Current projects include a newly enhanced Sports Club and Surf Club, as well as the final phase of a new Golf Clubhouse, further elevating the Club's already exceptional facilities and member experience. The Opportunity Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking an ambitious and driven PGA Associate Professional who is passionate about the golf industry, committed to advancing their career, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional level of service to members and guests. The ideal candidate will bring a team-first mentality, strong communication skills, a professional presence, and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing golf operation. Experience Required PGA Associate Level 1 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally Knowledge of golf operations, golf genius tournament software, Jonas point of sale Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Essential Responsibilities Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility and the Golf Operations Department Assist the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional and other Assistant Golf Professionals in managing the daily golf operation Control and manage daily play; ensure member and guest check-in and fee collection is correct Assist in tournament operations and weekly events including planning, pre-tournament set up, post- tournament billing, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow up Conduct individual lessons and group clinics Assist with men's, women's, and junior golf events and programs Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times Assist in Player Development programs using PGA tools and resources Play golf with Members of all skill-levels to generate enthusiasm and interest in the game of golf as time permits Benefits Health and Dental 401k PGA Reimbursement PGA Dues Gate Hospitality Benefits
