Recreational Gymnastics Coaches! United Gymnastics Academy (UGA) is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Recreational Gymnastics Coaches to join our team! If you love working with children, enjoy gymnastics, and want to help young athletes build confidence and develop new skills, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead safe, engaging gymnastics classes for a variety of ages and skill levels. Teach and assist with skills on floor, bars, beam, vault, and tumbling . Provide individualized instruction and positive feedback to help each gymnast progress. Create a welcoming and encouraging environment that promotes confidence, teamwork, and a love of gymnastics. Communicate with parents regarding student progress and class activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment. Assist with gym setup, equipment, and other responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Previous gymnastics, cheer, dance, or coaching experience is preferred, but not required . A basic understanding of gymnastics skills, techniques, and safety is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work well with children and maintain a structured, supportive class environment. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified. Experience working with children or coaching other sports is a plus. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential. Why Join UGA?
