Position Summary:
The Professional GT3 Driver will serve as the primary driver and technical development lead for a motorsports team competing in FIA-sanctioned GT3 and endurance championships. The role requires advanced GT-level racing skills, technical collaboration with engineers, and experience in factory-supported test and development programs.
Job Duties:
Compete in national and international GT3 race series including
IMSA, GT
World Challenge, and Lamborghini Super Trofeo Collaborate with engineering staff on setup, aerodynamics, and telemetry-based performance analysis Provide structured technical feedback during vehicle testing and development programs Support homologation and BoP testing for GT3 vehicles Serve as team and sponsor representative during media events and track appearances
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional racing experience in GT3-class endurance events, including
IMSA GTD, GTD
Pro, or equivalent U.S.-recognized series, with demonstrated capacity to serve as a development or lead driver.
Special Requirements:
Eligible for or in possession of a current IMSA Competition License Experience competing in
IMSA GTD, GTD
Pro, or equivalent GT3-class endurance events Technical feedback skills using telemetry data and performance diagnostics Ability to collaborate with race engineers on vehicle setup and development
