VS Tennis Academy is a growing tennis academy that offers top-level coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. Our academy focuses on providing personalized training and development in a supportive and dynamic environment. While we don't own the courts, we pride ourselves on offering professional coaching services at well-maintained locations, ensuring players get the best experience possible.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing players' skills, from beginners to competitive athletes, and is eager to work in a tight-knit academy atmosphere. You'll be working with a range of students, helping them improve their game while fostering a love for tennis.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group tennis lessons tailored to the ability and experience of each player. Develop training plans and programs to improve players' technical and tactical skills. Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages player growth and development. Collaborate with other coaches to provide a seamless and consistent training experience. Assist with the coordination of academy events and clinics. Maintain open and proactive communication with students, parents, and academy management.

Requirements:

USPTA or PTR certification (or equivalent international qualifications). Minimum 6 months of coaching experience. Strong knowledge of player development principles, including technique, tactics, and mental aspects of the game. Experience working with junior players, as well as adults of varying skill levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passionate about tennis and helping others improve. Why Join VS Tennis Academy?
