Job Description

Grow the business through athlete development. D1 Training is an athletic-based performance facility serving youth athletes and adults. We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Performance Director to own the sales pipeline, run consultations, and close high-ticket personal training packages ($3,000+). This is not a desk sales job. This role requires credibility on the training floor and confidence in structured consultations that lead to high-value personal training programs Your Primary Mission Drive performance results for members while growing personal training revenue through consultative, goal-based selling.
You must be equally comfortable:
Talking periodization and recovery Running a performance consultation Prescribing individualized training plans Closing high-ticket personal training packages Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($3,000+) Convert 60%+ of qualified consultations Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue
Track KPIs:
leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion Oversee POS, contracts, and billing accuracy
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years experience in personal training, strength coaching, or athletic performance Experience discussing program design, recovery, and progression with clients Comfortable selling structured personal training programs ($3,000+) Experience managing leads and consultations Strong accountability and follow-up discipline 2+ years of
Go High Level CRM Experience Preferred:
NASM, CSCS, ISSA, or comparable certification Experience in boutique fitness or performance training environments Leadership or team management experience Compensation & Perks $50,000-$75,000 base + performance incentives Free D1 membership Ongoing training and development High-performance, team-driven culture Candidates must be passionate about training and athlete development. Applicants without fitness or coaching experience will not be considered.
