Job Description

Contract Closing & Title Services is looking for an experienced Title Searcher to join our team. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable in completing 100-year title searches, reading and interpreting metes and bounds, legal descriptions, and navigating county records independently. The ideal candidate will have prior title searching experience, be familiar with using Laredo, and have the ability to travel to both McLean County and Champaign County as needed to complete searches. This position requires someone who is detail- oriented, organized, dependable, and able to provide accurate search results in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience completing 100-year title searches is required Knowledge of metes and bounds legal descriptions required. Experience using Laredo is required. Ability to travel to McLean & Champaign County Courthouse. Reliable transportation required Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation will be based off of experience.
