Assistant Program Leader- Beginner/Advanced Beginner Gymnastics

Beginner/Advanced Beginner Gymnastics Assistant Program Leader Viking Gymnastics seeks a compassionate and dependable individual to assist in leading our Purple/Silver Gymnastics program, which teaches our beginner and advanced beginner students. The Purple/Silver Assistant Leader will play a pivotal role, working full-time with evening and weekend shifts. This position includes both administrative and gym responsibilities, with at least two consistent weekly coaching shifts.

Responsibilities may include:

Directly reports to the Purple/Silver Program Leader, assisting in duties as assigned Supervise, train, and provide work direction to the Purple/Silver gymnastics staff Participate in the interview process as needed, coordinating with the Purple/Silver Program Leader Recognize staff training needs and facilitate continuing education opportunities Ensure positive family experiences and uphold company values Lead and attend Purple/Silver gymnastics meetings

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience leading others, preferably in a gymnastics or a child-centered environment Proficiency in child development, gymnastics safety, and current best practices Professional demeanor with a compassionate approach Strong organizational skills Passion for working with children to foster confidence and growth Viking offers competitive pay, paid personal time off, birthday pay, simple IRA + company match, employee discounts, referral programs, and flexible schedules.
