Job Description

Midtown strives to hire individuals committed to full-time employment, although we do hire part-time and seasonal coaches. Coaches who attain an average of 28 hours per week or more of on- and off-court duties qualify for full-time benefits. Midtown offers more training and development options than any other private commercial club company, including a professional development account to provide financial support for relevant education and training. Midtown coaches have opportunities to grow, develop and build a career.- Weekend and evening availability is required
Competitive Compensation:
Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full-time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65K and $85K, annually. Contact Midtown to pursue a Coaching career if you:- Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
- Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
- Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
