Job Description

Overview Andover Country Club is a family oriented private country club located in Andover, Massachusetts. The club was established in 1925 and features an 18 hole championship golf course. Andover has an active golfing membership that play approximately 23,000 rounds annually. A unique golf experience is a guarantee at Andover with its golf programs tailored for every segment of the membership. As a full service club, Andover offers world-class amenities including a full practice range with short game practice areas and a majestic Spanish style clubhouse offering lavish ballrooms, multiple dining spaces, member's grill and private function areas. Unique and personalized service are hallmarks at Andover Country Club. Experience Preferred Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer service oriented, computer skills and a basic knowledge of the game of golf. Excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality. Essential Responsibilities This candidate will assist the Professional Golf Staff in all areas of the golf operation, while creating an enjoyable golf environment for the members and guests by promoting the game of golf.
Specific duties include:
  • Welcome with each member and guest.
  • Stage and prep carts for daily use.
  • Clean and store members and guests golf clubs.
  • Setup and pick the driving range.
  • Maintain a clean area around the clubhouse.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
Term of Employment Seasonal Compensation $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
