GOLF OPERATION CULTURE STATEMENT

SEASONALASSISTANT PROFESSIONAL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
This individual must project a high degree of professionalism every day. Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with efficient time/task management skills. A natural leader dedicated to the success of the team and promoting camaraderie amongst the Professional Staff. Will serve as an ambassador of the Kittansett Club. Experience RequiredQUALIFICATIONS
PGA/LPGA Class A Member or Associate. Experience at a high-end private facility preferred. Strong computer skills and knowledge using Golf Genius and POS systems. Experience with TrackMan is a plus. Highly motivated, hardworking and a team player. Service-oriented, show an attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be positive and energetic. Essential ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, other duties may be assigned. Co-management of men's, ladies' and junior tournaments. Prepare and promote member events using Golf Genius and Club email communications. Update website on a weekly basis including tournament results and photos. Administer the club newsletter. Facilitate the Junior Golf program - there is tremendous opportunity to create an engaging and fun junior program that offers monetary reward Golf instruction - juniors, individual lessons and clinics. Unique opportunity to work with extremely talented Director of Instruction, Jimmy Tirone, and learn under his stewardship. Verify hard good member charges for accounts payable. This will entail matching a copy of the member charge to the packing slip, P.O. and invoice. Assist in management, training and day to day responsibilities involved with Outside Operation ensuring a friendly, attentive experience is provided to all members and guests of The Kittansett Club. Assist in soft good and hard goods check in, pricing and inventory. Assist with the sale and display of merchandise. Play golf with the membership and work on your personal game as time permits. COMPENSATION:
$1050-1250/wk, 6-8 months employment with flexibility to travel south in the offseason or explore local offseason employment opportunities. A committed individual will have the opportunity to grow their instructional revenue.BENEFITS
