Private Chef for NFL Athlete | Milton, MA

Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and personable Private Chef to provide an exceptional experience for one of our clients during their upcoming stay in the Boston area for the 2026 NFL season. The primary client is a professional athlete and requires the chef to follow strict macro calculations as designated by his nutritionist and potentially some direction from his other long-term chef.

ESTIMATED DATES

JULY 20, 2026 - FEBRUARY 15, 2027 Service Structure & Schedule Full-time position, 6 days a week usually Sundays off (may change on weeks with Monday/Thursday games, for example) Primary client is the athlete but the chef will be cooking as-needed for the player's wife and 2 young children as well- they have their own food needs, and we do expect they will be in Boston for most of the season Service most days: Player leaves early for training, but chef will often be cooking breakfast for wife/kids in the mornings, assisting with packing school lunches Player requests a hot plated lunch when he returns from the facility, lunch also often prepped for wife Dinner will usually be prepped in advance for both player and family and left in the fridge (may occasionally request a plated dinner) Service structure may vary day to day and week to week but position requires chef to be available for what the family needs Punctuality and attention to detail are very important, also important to be warm and friendly, get along well with the family, do special things for kids etc., must be comfortable with dogs. Role includes some house management assistance like bringing in packages, letting people in, letting dog out, etc but is primarily cooking and food focused. Travel & Away Games We'll coordinate to make deliveries for away games to the dietitian at the training facility Chef packages, labels, uses temperature stickers and tamper seals Everything packed on dry ice, given to dietitian who transports on plane Game schedule provided in advance so we will know travel weeks Timeline & Compensation Player reports to Boston July 21 for camp Until pre-season starts the first week of August, service will only be required on weekends and sometimes Fridays or an off day, 2-3 days per week as player is at training facility M-F 8am-8pm Per diem rate: $325 for all days in which service is executed

CLIENT IS LOCATED IN MILTON, MA- APPLICANTS MUST BE OKAY WITH COMMUTING TO THIS LOCATION 1-2X PER DAY.

Any travel expenses incurred are included in the per diem rate. This account requires an very high level of competence, flexibility, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Pay is $325 flat rate per diem and includes all service details listed above. The position will start as a project-based, independent contractor position for a temporary trial period but will shift into a full time employment role with the athlete for the duration of the 2026 NFL season. Background check, valid drivers license, NDA, and confidentiality agreement are required.
