Co-director of Tournament Training Program Westboro Tennis and Swim Club Westborough, MA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $110,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Qualifications Teamwork Management Program development Sports team experience Team development Organizational skills Leading team collaboration initiatives Team motivation (leadership skill) Adult education Team building Full Job Description Overview Co-Director of Tournament Training Program (Full-Time Tennis Professional) The Westboro Tennis and Swim Club is seeking an experienced and passionate tennis professional to serve as the Co-Director of our Tournament Training Program . This is a full-time leadership position for an individual who is committed to developing high-performance junior players while helping to build a positive, team-oriented culture. Responsibilities Oversee and lead Tournament Training group sessions for competitive junior players. Organize and manage group training schedules and lesson assignments. Coordinate and teach private lessons for competitive junior players. Support players during local tournament travel and competition. Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding player development, scheduling, and expectations. Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and staff to create a cohesive training environment. Assist in the continued growth and development of the competitive junior program. Contribute to adult programming through clinics, private lessons, and special events. Qualifications Strong playing background required, including ATP experience or a high-level NCAA Division I playing career. Minimum of 3 years of experience running or helping lead a competitive junior tennis program. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire players. Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with fellow coaches and staff. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A sense of humor and the ability to create a positive, energetic training atmosphere. Compensation and Benefits Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and includes: Base salary On-court hourly rate for lessons and programming Medical benefits 401(k) plan Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of our growing program.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
