Office coverage, phones, calendar appointments, filing, miscellaneous clerical for the PGA program.
Position Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and phone/message taking skills, along with positive polite communication to office visitors/students.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer phones, data entry, assisting faculty, visitors and students. Clerical work, filing, assist with events and knowledge of PGA program.
