About the Job We are looking for a Women's Gymnastics Casual Operations Assistant. Administration Coordinate team schedules and calendars through Teamworks Prepare and process a variety of correspondence
Recruits, Donors, Boosters & Parents Practice/Competition/Team Travel Manage and coordinate all aspects of team travel, including flights, buses, meals, lodging and team itineraries
Collaborate with equipment staff on procurement of team equipment (Nike & other) Recruiting Help plan official and unofficial visits
Maintain all recruiting databases (athlete, coach, club, and high school)
Search and update recruit results during the competitive season
Help create/send all recruiting correspondence Special Event Coordination Serve as a liaison and point of contact with external groups, including Booster Club, Parents' Association, alumni groups, and coaching associations
Organize correspondence to alumni, boosters, and benefactors, including monthly newsletters
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree 1 year of experience in related sports programming, operations, and events Knowledge of the NCAA and the University's Athletic Departments standards and practicesMinimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or EquivalentPay and Benefits Pay Range:
$15.25 - $31.62 per hour depending on education/qualifications/experience.
