• that specializes in carpet cleaning for apartment complexes in the Twin Cities. We're a fun-loving, tight-knit team that supports each other and works hard. A typical day involves operating your "own" truck in a variety of weather conditions, interacting with customers and residents, cleaning vacant units/common areas at apartment complexes around the Twin Cities, repairing carpet, responding to water loss events, thinking critically, solving problems, and being a bad ass. Every day is different!

$39.63/hr

Master Technician:

$42.13/hr Field Training Instructor (FTI) or Maintenance Plan Technician (MPT): $45.84/hr

High school diploma or equivalent Stamina and endurance—this is a workout! Ability to perform manual labor and lift 100lbs Live in the greater Twin Cities metro area Age 18 or older Valid driver's license with a good driving record
